Taco Chips w/ Cream Cheese Spread
flour tortillas
taco seasoning
oil spray (Pam)
cream cheese
salsa
Cut tortillas into strips and lay on cookie sheet. Spray with Pam, and sprinkle lightly with taco seasoning. Put in oven till they crisp up a bit, then remove from oven. While chips are cooling make the spread. Use cream cheese at room temp. Combine cream cheese, salsa and 1/2 tsp of taco seasoning in bowl. Mix till blended well. Spread onto chips and you have a great snack or lunch!
