pipe cleaners or ribbon and old towels on work space (optional-string and popscile sticks)
Add water and food color together into cups, fold coffee filter into forths and dip the coffee filter into the food coloring, or use an eyedropper and drop colors onto coffee filter. Use different colors and dip until coffee filter is covered in color. Unfold coffee filter to 1/2 fold and lay flat to dry. When dry pinch the coffee filter that is still half folded in the middle add pipe cleaner or ribbon. Twist so that you leave two antennas at the top. You then have a butterfly to hang up and decorate a room with!
